Will start from beginning. Had Windows 2000 on computer
with Office 2000. Have folder on my c drive in
c:\documents & settings\ in my profile that was
encrypted. I ran Windows XP upgrade over Windows 2000 on
this computer and the files in this encrypted folder all
opened without problems at all. I then ran the Office
2003 Pro Ed. upgrade on computer and since then my office
files don't open. I get an error:

Word cannot open the document: user does not have access
privileges (c:\documents and settings\....idp.doc).

Any ideas on fix or what to do since it worked before
office 2003 upgrade and now doesn't?
