CaliBeth:

I received an answer to our problem from another discussion group. Here is
what I have learned.

The below is from http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=838214

When you use the Web toolbar to insert an ActiveX Control (.ocx) in an
Office program such as Microsoft Word 2002, you may experience one of the
following symptoms, and the Office program may quit unexpectedly:

When you click Sound, you receive the following error message:

This object was created in HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This application is not
available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.

When you click Video, you receive the following error message:

This object was created in HTMLInlineVideoCtl. This application is not
available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.

When you click Scrolling Text, you receive the following error message:

This object was created in MARQUEE. This application is not available to
open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it
has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.

The third-party products that this article discusses are manufactured by
companies that are independent of Microsoft. Microsoft makes no warranty,
implied or otherwise, regarding the performance or reliability of these
products.

Maybe the "third-party" will issue a fix.
