VBA Causing Startup-Shutdown Error "Compile Error In Hidden Modul.

Always on startup and shutdown I get an error :Compile Error In Hidden
Module: AutoExec (or DistMon)" in all Office Programs except Outlook. It
doesn't do this until I get a message (after performing a reinstallation
without VBA installed) that there are Macros and I need to install VBA. This
a fresh installation after replaceing my hard drive too. I have installed SP2.
Any Ideas?
