When I try to open my Office documents (mainly Word & Excel) I get a message
that the file is either on a server that is not available, or is read only. I
am only accessing these from my local "C" drive. When I go into properties to
change attributes, I unclick the read only. When I check the properties
again, they are back to read only. When I try to back out of the program,
e.g. Word, I get a message that the master template has changed! What is
that and how did it change? Would this cause the problem I am having? If so,
how do I change it back to the original that worked?

Any information to help resolve this matter is greatly apprieciated!
