Just an opinion on the web based reader format from Microsoft,
The average consumer of Office 2003 and beyond? will be introduced to this format thru purchase of this product.
If your business uses / sells products and / or services based on Microsoft technology, it only makes sense to learn and use the format to better educate your customer.
