"My favorites"
Date: Thu, 15 Jul 2004 10:59:20 -0700
I client was recently migrated to Windows XP Pro SP1. We
are running Office XP w/SP3. We used the USMT tool to
backup data and settings. The client no longer has
access to the "My Favorites" option from within any of
the Office apps. He gets the following error message:
"The document name or path is not valid. Try these
suggestions.
* Check file permissions for the document or drive
* Use the file open dialog box to locate the document"
He has "Full Control" of the top level folder and all
subfolders.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
Thanks in advance for any help.
