Tools, options, security tab, clear "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus."
There is no Office 2004, the product number for Office 2003 is with your computer
documentation or on the jewel box.

Why are you typing on the bottom of your computer?

haven't been able to open the attachment. When I try to a pop up comes up asking for
the product number to the Office 2003 and this computer has Office 2004 downloaded on
this. I have type in the product number on the bottom to the computer like 5 times
and it still don't work. What should I do to open these emails?
