Hi, Victoria,

This is a cross-grade, and Microsoft doesn't support them. If it's not
listed on the box, it's probably not valid. Good for you for checking
before opening!

Here's the site that shows what's valid:

How to Buy:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/access/howtobuy/default.mspx

If you ever want the definitive answer, you can always call 1-800-426-9400,
Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific time)
and ask to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. Worldwide
customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites to find
contact information in their locations.

I've called them and have had good luck speaking with a real person for
free.
