Hi Dave,

Disabling it will not prevent it from loading the next time Word
starts. You need to exit Word, locate it in the Startup folder and
move it out of the folder to prevent it from loading.

I'm fairly certain wfword2K.dot is placed in the Office\Startup folder
which is located in the Office installation path. You can also use
Windows Search to locate it.
