Need to elaborate a bit ... What is it which makes the Table of
Contents? This a HTML file with hyperlinks, or PDF, or something else?
The way I would do this sort of thing is to make a web site with a
either a tool like FrontPage, or use a simple editor to make the HTML
pages. Put all the PDF files into this "web" site. In the Table of
Contents Page, which would be in my way of doing it a HTML file, I would
link to each of the PDF files using. Make all the links relative to the
HTML file, and not full paths. Then copy all the PDF's and the HTML
file (or files if you make more than one) to the CD.
You need to make the links "relative" and not try to hard-code a D: or
geneneric drive.
Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
