Thanks for taking the time to reply to my message. The
problem is when I click on insert address, which is a
button one can add to the main toolbar to help put the
inside address (recipient address) on a letter from one's
Outlook Address book, only a portion of the dialogue box
comes up. This only allows you to paste the default
address, rather than one of the alternate addresses in the
address book. This option is present in Office XP but not
in Office 2003.
I am hoping Microsoft will see this and tell me what I am
overlooking here.
