Could be a problem with the shortcut or it is missing..
What happens if you browse to where it is installed and run the .exe?

| When I try to run the Save My Settings wizard, I get the error message
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." The
window header says "Problem with Shortcut". I have Office XP installed,
and have used this in the past. Any ideas?
