Hi Jan,

In Word take a look under Tools/Templates and Add-ins and see if there
are any additional add-ins listed. You may need to use Windows Search
to located them if found.

Also, did you use Windows Search to search for all occurrences of
PDF*.dot?

I don't think I can help you out on the profiles issue, if I
encountered it I would need to do a little digging myself. :-)
