Excel *** and Command Buttons/Toolbar

Hi,

I have a scenario where different users download different EXCEL sheets and
all the excel sheets have same set of command buttons; which peroforms
certain operations.

I would like to know my options to remove these command buttons from each
EXCEL *** but include those buttons during downloading on every EXCEL
***. May be I need some AddIns but that might be create a problem in
installation.

Any reference etc or code sample will hep.
