change to Microsoft Office for the default print range used in Out

I am looking for someone to write a simple change to the default print range
in Outlook. At the moment the default range is all, I want to change this to
1 or 1-2.

This will save reams of paper and carbon, on unwanted reply's tails on
e-mails erroneously printed by staff daily. It is a simple change that will
have an enormous impact onn reducing paper wastage, carbon footprint and
carbon usage.

We are a charity but so convinced it will halve our printing costs that we
are willing to pay for this development.
