Hi Bob,
Which version of Excel are you using? Excel 2000 and later are modal by
default, but you can choose between modal and modeless by setting the
vbModal and vbModeless properties - see the 'Show method' in the Help file
for details. Excel '97 doesn't support the modeless state.

Hi Everyone:
In excel when you create an user form, it is always modal. Is there
anyway to make it non-modal so that when the form is displayed, the user
to be able to click on the spread*** and access it (very similar to the
dialog box for the chart). Thanks for your help.
