Hi Bob,
Your users can choose another folder via Tools|Addins and clicking on the
'Browse' button.
Cheers

Hi Everyone:
As you may know, when you create an Add-in in excel, it needs to go into
the office\library directory. However, since this location is usually
not available to most users on a network due to security reasons (they
cannot write to it, they can only read), the .XLA file may not be written
there. How can an add-in that is placed in the local directory be read
from excel. Thanks for your help.
Bob
