I thought it was just me. :)
My help procedure is a three step process.
1) Try to find something in Microsoft Help.
2) Swear.
3) Use Google.

I'm tired of Microsoft doing its best to make the help system worse and
worse
in ALL of its products from the Office line to its development products.
Help in Office 97 was very good and each release has progressively gotten
worse. I've seen many others state the same thing but Microsoft does not
seem to listen. They continue to force us into using pathetically
designed
help systems in which you can never locate anything useful. I have better
luck using google searches than Microsoft searches.
Are they ever going to listen to their customers!!!
