Right.
Vista reports the following error :-
Runtime error -2147417851 (80010105)
Method '~' of object '~' failed
Vista does output the "~" signs.
That error typically indicates an issue with MDAC. Which, much like your intial
post, makes me really wonder why you're posting in this group?
The customer who is using this program is in the UK and I am on a small
Greek island and I don't have Vista.
That's going to make finding the problem a bit/lot tougher.
I was hoping somebody could suggest how my customer can get more information
from Vista.
Not likely to happen, given the information you've provided. Are you familiar with
Google? Only took me a few seconds to determine the leading cause of that error
message you posted. Far less time than it took to post this response, in fact.
