With option buttons 'Send Error Report' and 'Don't Send'.

What version of Access are you running? If Access 2007 there is a
brand new SP1. If Access 2003 there is newishSP3which does have
someproblemsfor some people.

I am running Access 2003 SP2 under XP Pro SP2 and get these results on
any PC I use. Installing Office 2003 SP3 might fix this intermittent
problem but causes a myriad of other problems.

Please Google for

problems "office 2003" (sp3 OR "service pack 3")

or check out "New Bugs in Access 2003 SP3" on Allen Browne's web site

and see what I am talking about.
