outlook 2003 custom form macros wont run

I am unable to get any macros running on the read page. When i move the
button to the compose page and run the form at design time it works. When i
publish the form for use and send it the recipient clicks the button and
nothing happens. No error messages occur and no warnings.

Help would be appreciated.
