Hi -
I have two files. Letter_Variables.Doc, and a form letter, (form.doc for
discussion purposes).
In Letter_Variables.doc, I have three bookmarks. A, B, and C. A and B are
letterheads. The bookmark starts at the beginning of the top line, and ends
at the last character of the last line I want included in the letter head.
The difference is the phone numbers on the letterheads.
C is a graphic, small, and easy to use.
In Form.doc, I have { INCLUDETEXT "letter_variables.doc" A \! \*MERGEFORMAT}
in the top, where the letter head would go.
When I insert it, it likes to put a pagebreak at the end of the letterhead
line, and stop the bookmark on the next page (in form.doc). So, I make my
mods, and save Form.Doc, then Reopen, and it does the same thing. Adds a
page break. I've checked my Letter_Variables file, but can't figure out why
it's doing this. Any help would be much appreciated.
The signature works fine. Not inserting pagebreaks. Clues?
Thanks in Advance.
