I could not able to find the path.Actually i think what you mentioned is the
active directory path. Am i right?. If so i have to get those information
through some LDAP concept. Why do i need to have HTML and RTF formating?
I am little confused . could you please explain me more elaborately?
Thanks.

All signatures are in C:\Documents and Setttings\<windows logon>\Application.

There is 1 signture for each format. So for one signature you have .htm,
..rtf and .txt files.
It's very tedious and also demands knowledge of HTML and RTF formatting. I'd
probably just insist that every employee's signature comforms to your
requirements.
You would use an event handler in Application.ItemSend.
Here's what a signature for me that just has my name and company name looks
like in RTF:
{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\fromhtml1 \deff0{\fonttbl
{\f0\fswiss Arial;}
{\f1\fmodern Courier New;}
{\f2\fnil\fcharset2 Symbol;}
{\f3\fmodern\fcharset0 Courier New;}
{\f4\fswiss Arial;}}
{\colortbl\red0\green0\blue0;\red0\green0\blue255;}
\uc1\pard\plain\deftab360 \f0\fs24
{\*\htmltag243 <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0

How i can get the existing digital signature(data) for all employees in my
company?.
Actually where it(digital signatures) will be stored?
Will it be a complicated one?
After retrieving the digital signatures information in a loop or so, i
have
to(write program to) format all informations according to company
standard.
Where do i need to put the program, so that it can modify the format
automatically whenever the employee send emails as an outbound email?
Is it a tedious work?
This is what in my mind. Is it correct or any other method will ease me to
do it?
Mean while i will search for www.outlookcode.com.
If you know some other information on this .Please help me.
Thanks.
