That could be done.
There are no other context menu workarounds for versions earlier than Outlook 2007, where context menus are fully exposed to the object model.

wow... so how would you suggest i go about what i need to do, in OL 2003?
i need to forward messages that sneak in as spam to an address, then delete the message. sure users could be trained to do this, but management wants a "one click" solution.
i suggested maybe we could create a public folder, have users move the messages there, and then have a script that runs on the server every 30 mins to monitor that folder... if it finds something, forward it then delete it. would that be feasible?
