There is no newsreader in Outlook. The News button in Outlook launches OE.

If I switch from OE to Outlook as my newsreader:.
1. Does Outlook fully expose the newsreader capabilities via VBA?
2. What are the differences in the newsreader capabilities via VBA in the
various versions of Outlook?
3. Can the newsreader file(s) be shared amongst the various Outlook
versions, or is the stuff buried in the version specific PST file, or some
other version specific file?
