how to read manually created fields in contacts?

Hi there!

Our contacts contain information manually defined in

<contact form> -> Extras -> Forms -> design this form

(i don't know, wether that's the right translation - I only know german
Outlook and there it's called
<contact formular> -> Extras -> Formulare -> Dieses Formular entwerfen )

By "contact form" i mean that window that pops up when you double-click a
contact item.

Now I need to determine the fields contained by the contacts and read that
"special" contact information for each contact in VBA.

But I don't know where to find somthing like

Application.GetNamespace("MAPI").ContactInformation.Items

or

myContact.ManuallyCreatedFields("HairColor")

Can somebody give me a hint how to get that information?

thanks a lot

Frans
