Private Tasks

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I want to prevent marking a task as private unless the category is set to
"Personal." I cannot figure out how to read or write the Private checkbox's
properties. I know that when you creat forms the Private option resides on
the lists as a Contact field, but is not listed in the Task fields.

Can someone tell me how to a tasks Private property?
