In addition to what Sue said, signing a custom form has no effect.

Thanks for that Ken,
The forms are sent via our Exchange server internally, so theoretically
everyone should have access to this library.
Am I perhaps better asking our guys who look after the exchange server?
(they seem to have bigger fish to fry though!)
We have approx 40, 000 PC's within the company, and would presume that
should individual PC settings require changing for this one form then
the business is likely to decline any change.
One colleague has suggested digitally signing the form?
