I think Sue touched on this topic to some degree in the threaded convo.
from September between her and John. This is my Scenario:
We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. The Public Folder is a
group mailbox and I can get everything to work up to the point when I
try to make my custom form appear to the user when they hit reply to
the emails sent to this Public Folder. The requirement is that when the
users who are responsible for handling the correspondences hit the
reply button, then that action will call my custom form by default. Is
there any way to do this just for replies coming from this folder? Is
there a viable alternative such as creating a button (Custom Reply
Button) via a macro if this can't be done any other way?
Regards,
John Boy
