Organisational Forms Library

Hi

I have a problem when I post my custom forms to our Organisational
Forms Library. The form was created as a mail item ( ipm.message) but
when it is activated from the OFL it appears as a note item (ipm.note).
I cant find how to change this so that the form holds its class type.
Additionally as it is being changed to a note item the script behind my
command button doesn't work.

All thoughts appreciated.
