I'm not sure what you're saying. Items, not forms, are saved as .msg files. Forms are just UI/code templates. Is this a message created with a custom form? If so, where is the form published?

Sue,
I'm also experiencing a similar issue with an outlook form that was saved as
an .msg file to archive in Sharepoint. Some users can open the .msg file and
see the form but others just get a blank email. I can't seem to figure out
the differences between the machines since they all are running Outlook 2003
SP2. Any thoughts are definitely appreciated.
