1) No. BCM was originally designed for individual, personal use, not shared
use. Microsoft has a separate CRM application designed for group use.

I don't think this isn't the greatest place to post this question, but it

I just installed Business Contact Manager, which may be a big help for us

manage the care and feeding of our members. However, I have two
questions:

1) can I put the database on our SQL server, so its not running on
someones
desktop. That seems short sighted since if that computer dies, the
database
is gone gone gone. Our SBS premium came with SQL Server, so its up and
running all the time, is backed up and everyone should have access to it
all
the time.

2) Can I add custom fields to a Business Contact manager form?

I also have some questions in regards to customizing journal forms but I
think i'll post that in another thread.
