The only way I can think of to do that would be to write code to access every calendar in every Exchange mailbox and aggregate all that into 1 calendar in your bosses mailbox.

Hey i hope someone here can help me ,
I have been given a task by the president of our company to create or figure out a calendar.
I have got to figure out a way to get a calendar in outlook to show everyone’s calendar in one if you understand that.
But the only way I can think to do it is to share everyone’s calendar with
him so then he has lots of people calendars but that’s not what he is after,
he wants to be able to have one general calendar in his folders that he can
click on and within that will be the dates, so then when he clicks on a date
he can see what everyone else has planned for that day and at what times. It
would be much appreciated if you could shine some light on this for me, maybe
point me in the right direction.
Many thanks
Aaron J
