Error using spreadsheet control in outlook custom form

I used the Spread*** control (V10 or V11) on the control toolbox to create
a spread*** on one of the form's pages. Everything works great until I save
and try to open the form again, and click on the page. It then display the
error message "To help prevent malicious code from running, one or more
objects in this form were not loaded". Next, the page opens blank.

Any ideas?
