Hi David,
I am sorry for confusion, now I understanding your meaning.
In some outlook 2003 client, the received html page in a email message did
not work when trying to download file.
Because I can not reproduce the problem on a few machines, it is hard to
guess what had happened on those problem machine. From your description it
seems that the problem specific to certain machines.
Now to isolate the problem, we can try to save the outlook email message as
html file, and then open the html file in IE directly. After we click the
submit button, can we download the file? So that we will know if the
problem is specific to the outlook client.
