Outlook Security Labels API

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I would like to develop an Outlook Policy Module in order to enable S/MIME v3
security labelling of emails (targetting Outlook 2007). However there appears
to be very little information available on this subject.

The article "Creating Security Label Policy Modules"
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa140148.aspx) refers to several
interfaces provided by the "Outlook 2000 Federal Release Security Labels
API", but this API appears to have no available documentation. In fact a web
search for "ISMimePolicy" or "ISMimePolicyLabelInfo" turns up no results
apart from the above article.

Where can I find further information relating to this API?

Many thanks,

Rob.
