RE: TextRange + offset -> Paragraph

Hello Dave,

As we discussed in another thread, we first need to get the count of the
paragraphs by accessing the textRange.Paragraphs(-1,-1).Count. With that,
we can get each paragraph's start location via textRange.Paragraphs(i,
1).Start. The variable i should be ranged from 1 to the count we get above.
Then, giving a offset, we can know which paragraph it is in.
