I'm assuming you aren't trying to do any in code with notes, they're brain dead.
If this is just on one user's computer then the first thought that comes to mind is some corruption of their notes folder or items in it. If this is on a PST file have them run ScanPST a few times to see if it finds anything.

Hello,
I have this unusual behavior on one of the users workstation which I
cannot reproduce on any other workstation.
We have an outlook plugin built with VSTO + VS2005 + Outlook 2003
(11.8030.8107) SP2. Outlook crashes everytime the user opens and closes
"Notes". I have created a very simple plugin that logs the contents of
the Note to the eventlog and still get the same behavior.
Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it on any other workstation.
Has anybody experienced this behavior? Do you have any pointers on
how to go around resolving this issue?
Thanks in advance,
Sanjay
