This addin works great on systems that installed Outlook 2003 from scratch but does not function on systems that upgraded from a previous version. On systems that upgraded Outlook, I see the OnConnection function called but Outlook never calls the OnStartupComplete function. Does anybody know what is causing this and how to fix it?
