Office 2007 Automation

In our applicaition we are bringing up Office 2007 in a document container
where we disable some buttons from the "standard" toolbar and automate those
functions through our framework but with Office 2007 when we show the view
the new "Office Button" isn't visible for some reason. This is where most of
the functions from the standard toolbar were moved for Office 2007. Does
anyone know how to enable this new "button"?
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated
