There's no way to turn these off completely. Depending on the type of
message, Application.DisplayAlerts can help some.
other than that, there's a KB article that describes how you can use a
"Timer" function in combination with SendKeys to dismiss any dialog
boxes. But there's no way to determine which one is holding things up
(IOW, the result could be unpredictable.)
