Many people have. WMP11 was mainly written for Windows Vista, not
WindowsXP. Stick with WMP10 for the time being and wait till they get
the bugs out of v11.

It is not possible to reinstall IE7 or Vista media player so this is a stale ... start Windows Vista from your hard drive and insert the Windows Vista DVD ... wipe out the previous installation completely but obviously I was wrong. ...
