Please can someone advise me if there is a way to extract a frame from a

pausing and pressing the print screen requirement button and pasting to a

Your advice would be appreciated.
If you have a fairly recent Windows OS such as XP or Vista, and if you
have any player that will play the video and allow you to pause it, it
should be easy to capture a frame. First download the Gadwin Screen
Capture program from http://www.download.com/Gadwin-PrintScreen/3000-2094_4-10123018.html
.. Then read the instructions that come with it. You can then play the
video and pause it where you want to capture a frame. You hit the
print screen button, and Gadwin comes up. It lets you move lines to
capture the whole screen, just the video frame, or less than the video
frame so that you can crop if desired. You can then store a selected
format of image on your computer HD or directly print it out or eMail
it.
