You may have some corrupted files. Download a new/fresh copy of
WMP10 and install it overtop of your current copy. Do not delete the
one you have now, it is designed to be installed overtop of itself.
WMP10 WILL NOT install overtop of v11, you must uninstall it first.

If you are running WMP11, recommend you rollback to v10,
v11 is mainly designed for Windows Vista.

Sounds nice, where are these neon colors, bottom of screen or all over?
