Perhaps it is only showing the more recent ones you've accessed. Right
click on Playlist at the top of the left column: is show all checked? If
not check it.

I have 26 playlists. With show all checked they all show up in the list.
With it unchecked, only the most recently accessed ones are showing.

I've got lots of screen room and at least 10 playlists I've created.
I'd like them to be selectable from under Playlists in the file library
instead of the icons.
