Library not accepting all My Music folders.

Windows XP Home SP2. WMP11. I have all files in all folders in My Music set
as MP3 and WMP defaulted to play all files but still only a handful of
folders from My Music appear in Library, not all. Using the "import all
folders in Library" took 20 minutes and imported 3000 files (from where?)
but not one of them appears in Library, notably not one of the missing MP3
from My Music. I can right-click a missing folder and send it to a WMP
Playlist and it will play but it's not what I want. I want to have all my
files listed in Library! My question thus is: How do I import ALL music
folders/files from My Music into WMP's Library?
