lots of folks can't seem to get play all to work. fwiw, it doesn't work
on my machine. but right-click Queue-It-Up always works.

what happens when you use it? does the copy-to and/or move-to dialog come
up? that's a known bug, you probably should not install those extensions
on an XP machine, they're not meant to be right-click options, but toolbar
    options: see

      http://blogs.msdn.com/oldnewthing/archive/2004/02/02/66160.aspx

[default installs of XP does have them on the toolbar].

Also, some versions of Zone Alarm can interfere with Explorer's DDE. Try
shuting down ZA and see if it works. If it does then that's the problem.
Try this to fix that: add these two IP addresses to the Trusted Zone:

       127.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.0

and make sure Windows Explore has a green check (ie, allowed) in the
    Access Trusted column.
