You'd need to find out the video codec required for playback - the
GSpot tool http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ can help with that.

There's a fair chance if it's a downloaded video, that it will need a
DivX decoder which is at http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/codec/

Otherwise, post back with what GSpot reports as the video codec
needed.
