Media Encoder 9 Codecs, Plugins, and Transparency

In a previous post, a problem with headings and titles within
Photoshop CS3
that were not being captured by WME were presumed to be a problem with
the encoder's inability to capture anything on the screen with
transparency
turned on within that particular application.

Is there another third party codec or plugin that will allow the
transparent
parts of the Photoshop CS3 screen to be captured using Media Encoder
9?

The problem is with Photoshop CS3 and the palette titles/nmes. When
using
Photoshop CS2, the captures are exactly as seen on my screen.

Since this is for a LIVE push to a streaming service using WME, it is
not
possible to capture with another program (Cmtasia) and then push to a
streaming server.

Is there another application similar to Win Media Encoder that will
capture
exactly what I see on my screen even when the application being
captured
uses transparency?
