Using WME with multiple sources

I need to encode from a PC camera and from a jpeg image file simultaneously.
The encoder should allocate for ever input (of these 2 sources) about half
of the display that is being transmitted to the client.
Is it supported by WME?
Since I didn't find a simple way to do it I thought on the following
solution-
1. Using some other application to display a camera input on half of the
screen.
2. Using some image viewer to display the jpeg image on the other half of
the screen
3. Using WME with screen mode to transmit the screen display?
What do experts in this NG think about it?
Is there a better solution to my need?

Thanks for any reference

Claudio
